The trick is in what one emphasizes (when thinking). We either make ourselves miserable, or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same. – Carlos Castaneda.
Thinking. What type of thinker are you? Click on the link below, download the PowerPoint and see for yourself. It puts forward a very important message for us all.
I’m not going to say much about this topic but just remember excessive amounts of anything are bad for you. Even the things that may be good. The same applies to thinking.

Great post! Of course, as expected I totally failed and learned my lesson. I really do need to stop over thinking. How did you do?

@ Yours Truly: I was sent this by a doctor and we did it together as a group one day at uni. There were only 2 of us that got it straight away, the rest spent AGES drawing all sorts of shapes and diagrams.
I think the message at the end is really quite important.

We are conditioned to live, seeking complexity out of even the simplest of the things. This blinds us to the totally obvious solutions, no?
I like how it relates it all to the relationship thing at the end.
ps: I found out i suck real bad at division. *petrified

@ AcetylCholine: I agree with you. We tend to be caught up thinking 'What if this happens and what if that happens' etc etc, as a result of which we forget the beauty of the simple things and sometimes ruin the whole thing / experience. Something for you to remember when you are diagnosing headaches ;).
Chalo koi baat nahi, there are things like calculators these days. =]

i love your thinking pose... anyhow yeah interesting stuff that we never think of the obvious but over complicate everything.

This is pretty powerful stuff, thanks for sharing mann.
I totally failed this, no surprise there,(you know my issues with numbers ;]) but it did make me realize that i do think too too much, waaay too much. And sometimes it just irrelevant stuff.
I agree with anon above that for most of us we take the harder approach with things and miss out the easy bit.
